Description
Original diagnose after Guinot et al. (2013) p. 656 [24889]: Teeth small (up to 1 mm high), showing a moderate degree of gradient monognathic heterodonty. Anterior and lateral teeth higher than wide; main cusp erect and lingually oriented flanked by a pair of triangular lateral cusplets. Lingual ornament of slight irregular vertical ridges not reaching the apex nor the base of the crown; labial ornament varying with jaw position; anterior teeth with marked longitudinal ridges not reaching the apex of the upper edge of the crown; lateral teeth with very few faint ridges at the base of the cusplets; posterior teeth with numerous labial ridges reaching the apex. Labial basal edge of the crown concave in occlusal view. Bilobate hemiaulacorhize root with convex basal face and flared lateral and labial edges with lateral edges curved towards the cusplets. Well-developed median protuberance and concave marginolingual edges of the crown in profile view.
