Description
Original diagnosis after Migom, 2024 [33494]: Species belonging to the genus Heterodontus, with rather small cuspated and medium sized molariform teeth. An adult anterolateral tooth carries one pair of divergent and relatively reduced lateral cusplets and very reduced talons. Its labial face is very slightly convex and has an almost unextended lateral base which carries a clear basal ornamentation. lts lingual face is very convex and carries very shallow wrinkles on its protuberance. An adult mediolateral tooth displays a crown that is relatively high in its central section, that carries a transversal crest and that is fully covered by a basal ornamentation. Its root is flat and relatively thin, carries an infundibulum and several foramen at either side of the infundibulum
